MSU Exam Fee Excess Payment Refund 2025: Form Download & Last Date
Are you a student of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University (MSU)? If you paid extra fees through the online portal during your exam registration, you are eligible for a refund. The University has officially invited applications for the Exam Fee Excess Payment Refund for the 2024 and 2025 sessions.
⚠️ Important Deadline
Completed applications must reach the Office of the Controller of Examinations on or before 31.12.2025. Forms received after this date will not be processed.

Step-by-Step Application Process
- Fill in the Details: Provide your College Code, Course, Major, and Register Number.
- Transaction Info: Enter the Payment ID, Transaction ID, and the total Amount Paid.
- Calculate Refund: State the "Amount to be paid" vs "Amount Actually Paid" to show the excess balance.
- Bank Details: The refund will be credited only to the candidate's personal bank account. Ensure the IFSC and Account Number are accurate.
- Principal's Signature: The form must be forwarded and signed by the Principal of your college or the Head of your University Department.
Terms and Conditions
- Incomplete forms will be summarily rejected.
- Separate forms must be submitted if applying for both April 2024 and November 2024 sessions.
- Ensure your Mobile Number and Email ID are clearly mentioned for communication.
